As a real estate broker, I invest time learning about each clients’ individual wants and needs and then fit those together with either the home of their dreams or a buyer who is prepared and ready to make an offer. I try to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible by delivering memorable customer service and by being there for my clients, every step of the way.

Since 1995, I’ve helped buyers and sellers throughout South King, and North Pierce Counties, specializing in the master planned community of Lakeland, in Auburn.

As the sales manager and consultant for five Lakeland homebuilders, I’m able to offer a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience that brings unique perspective, and real value, to both buyers and sellers.

Starting in 1995 as a homebuilder’s sales manager in Lakeland, I quickly realized what a unique, and special community Lakeland is, offering residents a rare quality of life and top of market strength of investment. A year later I decided Lakeland is where I wanted to live and raise my two children.

I can’t say enough good things about Lakeland, great location convenient to both Seattle and Tacoma, beautiful homes built by terrific homebuilders, wonderful residents and a strong, well run HOA. Lakeland is also the focus of most of my community service, via the HOA committees and board, Lakeland area school PTAs and I’ve also been involved in the Auburn Planning Commission.
